Associazione Culturale Teatro dallarmadio is a professional theater company founded in 2005 by Fabio Marceddu, Antonello Murgia (theater and film director, screenwriter, composer and musician), Paoletta Dessì (set designer), and Raffaele Marceddu. The company has since produced over twenty theatrical shows and short films that have won awards in Italy and abroad. Its work is based on ongoing research, rooted in the disciplines of the great masters of the past while paying attention to new forms and hybrids. The individual is at the center of each of its pieces and music is integrated in its shows. Its shows focus on civic and social theater that deals with contemporary themes. Fabio Marceddu – Playwright, Director and Actor
Fabio Marceddu is an actor, playwright and teacher. He graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Art of Calabria, directed by Alvaro Piccardi and Luciano Lucignani, and trained at the Ecole des maîtres directed by Fabio Quadri, where he studied with Arias, Dario Fo e Anatoljiv Vasiliev. He holds a Literature Undergraduate and Masters degree from the CSIS in Madrid. He is one of the founders of the dallarmadio theater company. He has collaborated for years with Milena Agus, Bruno Tognolini and Giorgio Todde. The latest monologue written by Fabio Marceddu, Alfonsina Panciavuota, with original music and direction by Antonello Murgia, boasts the dramaturgical collaboration of F. Niccolini.
